SATURDAY COVERAGE LAUNCHES WITH BIG SMILES AND A MAD DASH TO THE PHONES

LGM launched new Saturday hours of operation for our Dealer Support and Claims offices on April 30. Our customer service agents were poised and ready to go at 8:30 am – and the phone rang right away!

The expansion in our service hours is just the latest step in our efforts to continuously improve our Service Excellence standards. By expanding our service hours, we hope to better align with dealerships’ peak periods of business and further ensure all Service Departments and policy holders have exceptional access to our regional customer service teams across Canada.

“Several of our customers throughout the day spoke of how happy they were that we were open on Saturdays,” said Gad Campbell, Executive Vice President of Service. “I was incredibly proud of how well the team responded on the day, and I was also touched by how many of our non-working staff and members of the Sales team dropped by throughout the day to cheer their colleagues on.”

This new Saturday coverage runs from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST, and is in addition to our regular weekday hours of operation, which remain Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 7:30 pm EST.
